This option is available only when you have selected the View By: Project mode. Allocation of the existing project settings can be used as a basis for allocating hours and units to employees. The employees, activities and expenses for a particular project can be restricted to the ones specified in the allocation of the existing project. The following are descriptions of fields on the Copy From Existing screen:
Project:
Select the project from the drop-down list whose settings you want to copy.
Help:
Opens the BillQuick Online Help.
OK:
Click OK to save the settings.
Close:
Closes the Copy From Existing screen.
