Use this tab to select the desired template for the Standard/Joint/ Manual Invoices and Statements.
Custom Templates
Here you need to specify the templates for:
Standard Invoice/Joint Invoice/Statement/Manual Invoice:
By default, BillQuick Online uses the default invoice and statement templates assigned by contract type on Global Setting Templates screen. Thus, when you choose a contract type for a project, the invoice and statement type is also chosen.
To choose an alternative invoice format for a project, click 
and select the desired invoice format from Invoice Template screen. After being selected, BillQuick Online automatically marks the check box on the left.
You can now assign an invoice template to projects on right clicking.
BillQuick Online includes more than 180 invoice templates. You can download additional invoice templates from the BQE website or add custom invoice templates created with Crystal Report.
