Billing Review—TIME DETAILS

Time Details screen shows time entries and related information for selected records in the Billing Review grid. Time Entry Details enables you to review time entries before processing the invoices. You can also mark time entries as "billed" to remove them from future processing (marked billed in the Time Entry database) or exclude them from the billing records. You must have the proper security permissions to view and edit Time Entry Details.

 

This screen displays when you click View Time Details in the Billing Review grid for a specific record. You can sort the grid details by clicking on the column heading.

 

Field Chooser:

Click to open the Field Chooser that allows you to hide or show columns in the grid. By default, the fields are unchecked. Check them if you want to show them in the grid.

 

Ex:

If you would like a particular time entry to be excluded from processing, click in the Ex check box.

 

MB:

Check "MB" option to mark the time entry as billed, even if the invoice is not processed. This removes it from future processing.

 

B:

Check or un-check to indicate whether the time entry is billable or not.

 

Date:

This column displays the date when the time entry was made.

 

Project ID:

The Project ID for which the time entry was recorded.

 

Description:

Displays the description of the time entry.

 

Employee ID:

ID of the Employee who performed the task or activity charged to the project.

 

Activity ID:

ID of the activity or the task performed.

 

B-Hours:

Displays the hours worked on a particular task or activity. These billable hours are billed to the client when invoicing. The B-Hours are multiplied by the Bill Rate to determine bill amount on hourly projects.

 

Cost Rate:

The cost rate of the selected time entry. The rate is automatically brought forward based on the Project's settings in BillQuick Online.

 

Bill Rate:

The bill rate of the selected time entry. The rate is automatically brought forward based on the Project's settings in BillQuick Online.

 

Amount:

Total amount for the time entry calculated based on the hours and the rate applied.

 

OT:

Checked/unchecked box indicates whether or not the time entry is overtime.

 

Memo:

You can click the plus + sign to add, view and update the memo associated with the time entry, if any. You can also add a new memo or edit an existing one for the selected time entry.

Help:

Opens the BillQuick Online Help.

 

Options:

 

Exclude All:

If you would like to exclude all time entries displayed on the grid from processing, click Exclude All.

 

Rows:

The number of rows in the grid to be displayed on the page.

 

Return:

Click to return to Billing Review screen.
