The Supervisor or Owner sets up the company file and grants access rights to the users via the Security feature. Then the subscribed users can set and change their passwords. BillQuick Online enables changing password at the individual user level from the My Account tab. See How Do I Change Passwords for more. The Owner also has the privilege of changing the password from the Startup Wizard as well as the Manage Users tab.
